From the moment you start your search for a property to rent Ferryport Property Services 2023 Ltd want to make sure the process is as easy and stress free as possible.

Once you have found your property to rent we will provide you with a reliable, friendly and trustworthy service.

If you are self employed we will accept an accounts/auditors reference.

 

Our staff will be happy to advise all applicants of information required to complete the application process. 

 

Security Deposit

The security deposit is payable on approval of a tenants application. When this has been paid, the property is reserved for that tenant until the start of the tenancy.

 

All deposits are registered with The Tenants Deposit Scheme and held in a separate account. This will be refunded in full at the end of the tenancy, provided there are no deductions due to damage or outstanding bills.

 

Rent Payments

We will provide an initial rent demand outlining payment required prior to the start of the tenancy, this is the payment of the first months rent in advance. This must be cleared funds before the start of the tenancy. All future rent payments should be paid by standing order.

 

Check In

On the day of check in a member of staff will greet you at the property and will run through the inventory, pass on any information on details such as heating systems, security and meter readings.
